Comfort & Co.
for Foodies Feeding Families
Subscribe for weekly tips & recipes for meals your family actually craves.
What’s inside a comfort & co. newsletter:
First off, I only send short & sweet letters (usually 2-3min reads) because busy women like us don’t have time for long thesis’ in our inboxes. That’s just one more thing that needs cleaning & there are enough dishes already.
- Batchable, seasonal recipes that taste like a warm hug
- Quick kitchen tips that save time without sacrificing flavor
- Meal planning templates & comfort food routines
- Real-life BTS look at my kitchen —because food is about connection, not perfection
- 🎉 First dibs on free challenges, new tools & exclusive goodies

We love a taste test
Read a past newsletter issue & see how good it gets—recipes, real talk kitchen shortcuts, BTS looks & more. All designed for busy women who love feeding their people well.
*I save the best for readers, but there’s more goodness where that comes from in the newsletter archive!*
Some FAQS
Comfort & Co. emails are dished up once a week right now (Spring 2025). However, I have a plan to up that to about 2-3 times a week in the future.
Current readers already signed off on this! 😄
You see, I actually love incorporating feedback from my readers. It makes for a better letter IMO.
When the cadence is upped, you’ll receive the same content, just delivered in bite sized pieces. I’m playing around with a “schedule” of sorts, but thinking something like this:
- Tuesdays – table talk style letters; BTS sneaks, goals & convo starters & more
- Thursdays – Top 3: I share 3 hot tips or resources I’ve come across that week
- Saturdays – recipes
As a first-generation kitchen-obsessed foodie with no heirloom recipes to draw on, I share a mix of recipes I’ve collected online, from people I know IRL & the millions of books on food I’ve picked up through the years.
I’m building my own repertoire so expect to see our take on meals we’ve tried from all over the globe.
(You might see a theme, but I can’t make any promises. We love Asian, Mexican, Italian & ofc…a bomb dessert). 😎✌🏽
Yes ma’aammmmm.
I don’t necessarily highlight quick this or 20-min that techniques/recipes, though you’ll find a lot of that here.
My philosophy is that food is slow by nature. But that makes for great company, no? ❤️
It’s my hope that as you see food stories shared on the blog & in the newsletter, you’ll be inspired to make the time to pour more lovin’ into your plates.
Yes. The Comfort & Co. newsletter is free to join. I occasionally share other resources (free & paid) that will help you in the kitchen too though. 🥰
Of course! But I think you’ll really like it at the table. ❤️
So glad you asked, girl. Because I get it. I won’t setup a playdate if I can’t vibe the mom.
You can read more about me here (& this blog too)! 🥂
